The Vietnam War was fought in Vietnam, Laos & Cambodia from 1 November 1955 until 30 April 1975. It was  officially fought between North Vietnam and the government of South Vietnam. The North Vietnamese army was supported by the Soviet Union, China and other communist allies and the South Vietnamese army was supported by the United States, South Korea, Australia, Thailand and others.

Many have said that the failure in this war was due not because of the brave men and women who fought it, but because of Congress.

Ho Chi Minh was quoted as saying, “You can kill ten of my men for every one I kill of yours…But even at these odds you will lose and I will win……..

We salute all who fought and the Families that supported them.
