Searchers Find Life Rafts Off Hawaii But No Marines:
Three of four life rafts believed to be aboard two military helicopters that collided off Hawaii have been retrieved, the U.S. Coast Guard said Monday in a press release.
The fourth raft was spotted and is expected to be removed later Monday.
Rescuers have expanded their search for 12 Marines missing since their two military helicopters apparently crashed into each other Thursday over the waters off Oahu.
After four days of searching, “There is no indication from the sightings that any survivors have been aboard any of the life rafts,” the release said.
A Navy ship equipped with sonar arrived Sunday and conducted an underwater search. No debris was sighted, the Coast Guard said.
Pakistani University Under Attack — At Least 20 Dead:
A university in the northwest of Pakistan has come under attack by armed militants, and at least 20 students have been killed, with further casualties feared.
Gunfire and explosions were heard Wednesday morning local time from within Bacha Khan University in Charsadda, northwestern Pakistan.
There are still dead inside and the operation is ongoing, Bilal Faizi, a local emergency service spokesman told CNN. Fog and low visibility have been hampering military and police efforts to regain control.
Lt. Gen. Asim Bajwa, an army spokesperson, said on Twitter that four attackers had been killed and that government troops had resumed control of all buildings and rooftops.

Brett Kyle, 32, was driving his Toyota Tacoma “at a high rate of speed” in Moorpark, a town in Ventura County, California, when the truck left the road, traveled into a drainage ditch and rolled over multiple times, according to a statement from California Highway Patrol Officer Marco Marin.
