Lolo Jones, Olympic gold-medal  hurdler, said last week  that it was easier to win Olympic Gold than to hold onto her virginity. Yes, her virginity. Lolo mentioned in an interview that she was waiting for marriage.  That declaration inspired several articles of criticism from writers who think celebrities should keep personal matters to themselves.

The message of waiting, in my opinion, is a good one; taking the time to think about your choices could never be wrong.
